Rates:
The house is available as a One or Two Bedroom Villa. Minimum Stay is Three days during low Season and One week during High and Peak Seasons. Special discounts for reservation over one week. The villa is also available for long term rental.

Rental Terms and Conditions
A 20% deposit required at the time of reservation. Full payment required eight weeks prior to arrival date. Deposit and Payment should be made by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your reservation. But in case you need to cancel, the following charges will apply once a written notification has been received.

between 8 and 4 weeks prior to arrival 50%
after 4 weeks prior to arrival 100%
